If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods.
Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us.
Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.
Please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to our Returns Warehouse (the Returns warehouse address is Brookes UK Ltd TA Outdoor Look, Union Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, United Kingdom, SK11 7BN).
