This is a very old Welsh pine coffer, blanket box. It has the original candle box inside. All original features. No key. The original Welsh scrafeto pattern is seen in the pics.

A solid piece of furniture that would go in any room.

You can see it is of age from the close grain pine which shows it's far more solid than newer boxes.

Didn't want to sell but we have had to downsize and we don't have the room.
