These beautiful vintage clip on earrings by British makers, Sphinx date to around the 1980s and are in lovely condition for their age. They are in goldtone with a plaited design and are typical of the bold and confident 80s look. They're very stylish and are perfect for adding a touch of vintage designer chic and sophistication to your jewellery box! Passionate about modern and vintage costume jewellery, we specialise mainly in genuine vintage 1950s and 1960s American costume jewellery but also stock a wide and varied range dating from the early 20th century right through to the 1980s. We are delighted to have been involved in Disney's Cinderella film where many of our vintage necklaces were used for the ballroom scene and we have provided other pieces for the film, TV and stage industries. We have featured in Judith Miller's glossy costume jewellery book and also have celebrity patrons including fashion designers and top Burlesque artists.
We also provide a range of modern brand new costume jewellery most of which is in a vintage style. These pieces are of a good quality and are clearly marked as modern and NOT vintage.
