This Item Was Brand New. I Opened It To Check The Battery Since It's An Older Device. Unfortunately The Battery Is Dead And Will Have To Be Replaced.  I Could Not Get It To Do Anything.  I Did Find A Replacement Battery For $18 But Decided To Just List This As Parts And Let The Next Person Do That.
