** we use Australia Post to send items, and whilst we send out your items efficiently, we don’t have any control over delivery times once your item is in the Australia Post system. Please track your items progress via the AusPost app and the tracking number we upload. We do have a few options for untracked letters for small items, to help lower costs, however untracked items is not our preferred option as it can lead to lost items.
My apologies if postage costs are a bit on the high side but I focus on good quality packaging, tracking and insurance.
When I send glass candles, I wrap them inside their box to help protect against breakage. If you are gifting the candle, you might want to take the wrapping off.
Return Policy
We accept returns no problem up to 30 days from delivery. Just send back the item in the same condition, and we'll be happy to replace or refund.
