Great condition, just two small cosmetic scratches on the tail by the button. Includes holster, lanyard, and spare o ring. Does not include original pocket clip it came with, and does not include any rechargeable batteries. I had a spare two-way pocket clip that I put on this light. It does include 2 cr123 batteries but those may be near end of life.
