Has Windows 7 Starter key on bottom, but running Windows 7 Ultimate for some reason?

Does not appear to have all Asus drivers loaded?

Condition:

Has scuffs/signs of use but no major gouges I could see.
Picks up lint/dust easily as seen in pics.

tested to turn on touchpad, touch screen work no further testing done.

Battery appears to work, but did not leave it on for long periods.
