- In case of an error in the title or description of the item(s) the images are leading. The item(s) depicted in the images is/are the item(s) you will get! Returns are only accepted if the item(s) received does/do not match the images. Only in case of a multi-quantity store item the depicted item can be a stock photo from my own archive, however the quality of the received item will be equal or better than the depicted item (i.e. banknotes from the same bundle, coins from the same roll or mint bag, packaged items such as coin sets).
- Grading is my professional opinion, however, please study all provided detailed pictures to determine the quality of an item for yourself.
- Unless otherwise specified, all items are authentic and are backed by a lifetime warranty on authenticity. Returns are only accepted for items that turn out to be non-authentic after third party professional valuation.
- I will accept returns on items that are damaged during transit.
Payment and combined shipping:
- You can only pay for your order on Ebay in US$, using a variety of payment methods.
- You can pay for your order immediately after winning or purchase, however, if you win or buy more than one item, please wait for me to send you a new invoice, with the correct combined discounted shipping cost, based on the total weight of your order. Outside the Netherlands I will combine shipping to a tracked package only.
- I will add tracked shipping to your auction invoice if the final item price exceeds $50.00 ($100.00 if your shipping address is in the Netherlands).
- Items can be combined up to 30 days if your order amount is below $100.00, if your order total exceeds $100.00, please make your payment so I can ship your package.
Shipping:
- Shipping outside the European Union or the United States is tracked or registered only.
- The following countries have tracked mail, all other countries only have registered mail: Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, South-Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Norway, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
- Special packing and/or labeling instructions are not accepted.
- For shipping outside the European Union a customs declaration is added stating the true value and contents of the shipment.
