This is one of the only official license plushies from the series Danny Phantom

Only sold in Mexico in 2007 with backpack plush

The plush itself it's 10 inches in length with key ring or 8in as plush

The plush in great condition 

I had to replace the split ring on keychain because the original one was getting rusted.  Couldn't find a thicker one to put so leaving to buyer to find one if they want a better one

The eyes are also cracking a bit as well.

Note: these plushies from Mexico are not sewed or designed the best so head is heavy for body and tilts a lot
