This still has the original tags on it and we believe it has not been used. However, there is damage to it and that's why it's listed as used. There's heavy scratches and scuffs on the back. Discoloration on various spots. And the brim on his hat has a crack in it. We recommend this for decor or collectors only. We did not test it with liquids. There are no holes or structural damages from what we can see.
