Steps for usage:
1. Wear an LED red light hat
2. Plug the power plug into the electrical outlet.
3. Press and hold the power switch to turn on the device.
4. Only red LEDs can be seen: other LEDs are in the infrared spectrum and cannot be seen by the naked eye.
5. The treatment time is 20 minutes and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. The device can be used multiple times per day.
6. Press and hold the On/Off button at any time to stop the device.
