All returns must include original packaging and the original product (identification number to match). They must be in the condition you received them.
Bulky or assembled items purchased will have to be dismantled and placed back in original packaging and made ready for collection, otherwise the collection may be refused.
The buyer is responsible for postage due to remorse returns and must use a tracking facility to prove postage.
After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for refunds will not be accepted.
All remorse returns will be refunded less the shipping cost and subject to eBays remorse returns T&C?s for sellers.
If the item is faulty a full refund plus postage will be refunded within the UK
GSP buyers are responsible for any research that the item will work in your country (e.g. voltage, plugs and warranty cover). All GSP remorse returns are at the cost of the buyer. The buyer needs to accept that warranty is UK based and you may not be covered in your country.
