 Up for sale is a C.1910 Butcher or General Store Countertop Paper Cutter w/ Scarce N.R.S. Co. String Holder. The Nelson R. Streeter Sensible No.3 Holder is mounted to the top of the cutter, I will remove for shipping purposes. Cutter is complete and in proper working condition. I am not sure how to mount the string or how to use it properly, looks to be complete. The Cutter will need to be mounted to a surface for use. 

      Total of 27"H with string holder, cutter only is 12 1/4"H, footprint is 23"L x 7 5/8" for widest end, dowel for paper can be a max of 19 3/4"L with roll max 18 3/4"L.
