We do not take card payments over the phone and unfortunately cannot accept on collection.
We do however accept cash on collection if the item has already been purchased through eBay.PayPal is the preferred payment method.

Otherwise, unfortunately, due to selling donated clearance stock on behalf of a charity we cannot accept returns on damaged or sold for parts not working items, all items are sold on an AS IS basis. All items regardless of new or used do not carry any further warranty with CSS Trading, TIK or Excess IT Solutions as they are classed as donated clearance stock. Any further warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer (where available), please make sure you are happy with the terms and description before placing a bid.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning a very expensive item we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit. In the case, a buyer fails to accept delivery of the item and it is sent back to us, they will be responsible for the added cost of re-shipping the item.We ship every day Monday - Friday.
