Detailed Sales Policy
All of our items are sold as is, and in its current condition. Please see the pictures and descriptions for details about the items. We do our best to include as much information as we can about the items, including any flaws or damages. However, we are not perfect, and we ask that you look at the pictures closely before buying to make sure there are no other flaws or damages we may have missed. If you have any questions about an item that are not answered by the pictures or descriptions, please feel free to message us and ask us directly.
If you see any mistakes or have more information about the items we are selling, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know.
Conditions Terms
Mint - Items are not new, but were never or barely used.
Excellent - Items have been used many times, but are still in great condition with few or no flaws.
Very Good - Items are in good condition, but have a few flaws such as small cracks or crazings.
Good - Items are in decent shape, but have noticeable flaws such as cracks or chips.

You can contact us through eBay messages. We check our messages regularly between 9AM - 6PM (PST). We may not get to your messages right away outside of those hours.
Store Policy
If you have any questions regarding special accommodations, please feel free to contact us, We will be more than happy to assist you if possible.
We follow eBay guidelines closely, so please be sure to look over eBay’s policies before any requests.
We will ship an item within 24 hours of when the item was purchased unless USPS or FedEx is closed.
If you purchase an item, but have not paid within 4 days of purchase, we will automatically open an unpaid item case.
Shipping Policy
Signature: For items above $50 being delivered to an apartment or any sort of complex (townhouse, condo, etc.), we will ask for a signature upon delivery. If you wish to opt out of this option, please let us know BEFORE purchasing, and we will waive the signature. Alternatively, if you would like to sign for your item, kindly let us know prior to purchasing, and we will gladly add on a signature.
Insurance: If an item price exceeds $100.00, we will add insurance to the item free of charge.
Global Shipping: We do not use global shipping programs, so if you want to ship internationally, we highly encourage you to contact us first for shipping options.
Return Policy
We offer returns for items within 30 days, in accordance with eBay policy. We cannot accept actions outside of eBay’s return policy.
If there are any problems with the item you have received, please contact us first, and we will work with you to find a solution.
When returning an insured item, please be patient. The insurance claim process may take a while, but we ask that you retain the item and original packaging as proof for the insurance claim until the investigation is over.
