Product description:

Use the steps:

1. Make sure the main power switch is off! Fasten the heating ring to the heating ring interface with a 17mm wrench;

2. Connect the external water pipe to the pre-prepared cold water. If you use circulating water, you must use more than 20L of water;

3. Insert the DC12V power supply into the DC12V input port, turn on the 12V power supply, and see that the fan and water pump are working, the power meter has electricity, and the alarm indicator lights up;

4. Connect the DC48V power supply according to the wiring diagram, plug in the AC 220V power supply and wait for about ten seconds for the power supply to output stably;

5. Push the main power switch and see that the power display voltage is about 48V;

6. Press the middle "M" button on the right side of the power meter to reset the power meter

7. Press the reset button and see that the red alarm light goes out. If the red alarm light continues to light up, check whether the water cooling is normal or whether the DC48V power supply is output normally. If the above two work normally, press again quickly until the red alarm Until the light goes out

8. After pressing the heating button, the machine starts to heat, and the green heating indicator light is on, and the power meter displays the current heating power in real time

9. After use, press the reset button to turn off the heating, the green heat indicator goes out, turn off the power switch, take out the heated object in the heating circle (the crucible must be taken out first), wait for the water pump fan to continue working for more than 30 seconds before turning off the 12V power supply.

Precautions for use:

1. No-load power-on is not allowed under any circumstances (no-load means that the output port is not connected to any load), and the heating coil must be connected to power on. Once the power is on, the board will emit high frequency Noise, which causes the MOS tube to be completely damaged and cannot be repaired;
2. Must use DC48V 50A power supply, prohibit the use of alternating current;
3. The red of the power input terminal is the positive pole, and the black is the negative pole. Do not reverse the connection!
4 Do not block the air inlet of the cooling fan during work to ensure normal air cooling;
5. Water cooling must be used during work. It is recommended to use cold water to enter and hot water directly into the sewer.
6. The external temperature displayed on the power meter is the temperature of the motherboard capacitor. Once it exceeds 65 degrees Celsius, you need to let the machine rest.
7. Either air-cooled or water-cooled does not work, you must stop using it and contact the seller to solve it.
