Marx Marxie Mansion Traditional Dollhouse Living Room. Very Popular1960's Set. 

One of the few sets they produced in 1:16 scale. Size is compatible with Renwal Ideal & Plasco.

Teen doll on the phone is very cute.

All in nice condition. Doll, print rug & extras included.

The Louis P. Marx Company dominated the production of tin dollhouses 1949-1974. Their furniture pieces were 1:16 or 3/4" scale and 1:24 or 1/2" scale.
Sets were sold in hard and soft plastic. Not all pieces were hallmarked.

I will be offering many vintage dollhouse sets.
