This auction is for a group of Ludwig chrome plated tension rods for a Clubdate Floor tom.  They have total length of 5.5 inches.  The thread length is just at 2 inches.  The original "black" washers are included too.  I call the condition of these parts  Very good.  The threads are good.  Some wear and signs of age are present,  but over all these are nice.  Often when one of us,  finds a Ludwig clubdate floor tom,  the bottom rim and tension rods  are missing.  It has happened to me.  The drum needs six of them.  Modern aftermarket rods in this length might be available,  but they are also hard to find a

and NOT vintage Ludwig.  These rods came from a 12" x 15"  Ludwig tenor drum.  The lugs on those drums are the smaller ones,  not the same size as the 14" x 14" Club Date floor toms.  These are the right tension rods for those Ludwig club Date floor toms.  I don't actually expect to find another Club Date set.  It might happen,  but I am not going to plan on it.
