The Sail N' Fly Marina is a huge set with 673 parts plus 7 minifigures by BrinkLink count (709 by Lego count which includes the minifigure pieces and gear). It features a pier with a repair shop and marina club-house. The pier has a dry-dock for boat repair and 1 large berth and 2 smaller berths where you dock your boats. There is also a gas pump at the end of the pier. The repair shop has a dolly, drill press, lathe, wrench, hammer, oil can, oil drum, and engine block. The club house has an indoor area and outdoor area and includes a radar screen, extra life jacket, and 3 mugs. The marina vehicles include 2 speedboats, 1 small boat, 1 pontoon plane, and a small truck. The 7 minifigures are a pilot, 2 speed boat drivers, a driver for the small boat, Octan employee, dock hand, and waiter. A red parrot likes to hang out on the palm tree in the corner.

Bricks are mostly in good condition with typical wear for a 30 year old set. There are a few white pieces that are starting to show some yellowing with age but most are good. 1 white 2x2 plate has a few more dings than I would consider normal. One of the green and white striped awnings has some light scratches. The string for the winch has been replaced with a new 75 cm braided nylon cord that is about 1 mm thick. See photos.

No box or instructions. The instructions can be found online. Only 3 pieces have stickers. The other stickers are missing. Stickered and printed bricks are shown in the photos.

The set will be disassembled for shipping except for a few pieces. The window panes will be in the window frames, the wheels are still on the dolly, the rope is still in the winch, and the green cord for the gas pump nozzle is still attached to the white brick. Inventory was checked against the inventory shown in BrickLink. I have 1 photo showing the entire inventory and 4 others showing closer views.
