This is one of the 30 cards in a set called Creatures Deck, which was given to Japanese related parties to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Pokémon Trading Card Game in 2021. It features the corporate history of Creatures Inc., the company that produces the Pokémon Trading Card Game, written on the back of the card, which is a rare specification. Unlike regular promotional cards or ultra-rares, it is extremely rare because it is not sold or distributed to the general public.
It has been certified by PSA as PSA10 after being appraised by PSA without being used after opening.
