Very good overall condition. There is a Small area by front chest zipper pocket that has blemishes and one on back of coat by waist band. Left chest pocket has an one snap head that came off the snap. See photos.

No tears or stains observed.

Lining is in excellent condition, no unraveling of seams or holes inside the coat.
