Pokemon TCG Lt. Surge's Voltorb 86/132 Gym Challenge near mint no chips scuffs. These cards were found  in abandoned stock and items left in a closed book store I was hired to clean out .  The cards are not graded how ever I was told they were used  as give aways or stored when  decks were received in  with damaged packaging .
