a very rare original victorian hms latona cap tally which was issued to the crew of hms latona for the fleet review at spithead for queen victorias 1897 diamond jubilee. the cap tally is made of light blue cotton which has the royal standard & queens crown each side of the ships title and other than being folded & slightly faded it is in very good lightly used condition with no damage
