1.1Main purpose and applicable range
ANS digital torque screwdriver is a product carefully designed for the assembly and torque detection of small torque fasteners in the precision manufacturing industry. It is widely used in instrumentation, household appliances, electromechanical equipment, automobiles, and motorcycles. It is an essential high-end tool to ensure the precise fastening and connection of bolts and nuts with small torque and tiny torque.Compared with mechanical preset screwdrivers, torque control is more precise.
1.2Functions and features
① The torque can be read directly.
② It will automatically shut down if there is no operation for 10 minutes to save power.
③ Operate clockwise and counterclockwise.
④ Three working modes of real time, peak value and preset value can be switched freely.
⑤ Four torque unit options (N.m, lbf.ft, lbf.in, kgf.cm).
⑥ It has the function of storing data in peak mode.
⑦ Torque direction mark and battery power display.
⑧ Overload protection: After the product is forced to 120% of the full range, the screen will display "oLoRd", indicating that it is overloaded and cannot continue to be applied.
