Ivan Minaevich Mirzoev (Hovhannes Minasovich Mirzoyan, Arm. Հովհաննես Մինասի Միրզոյան, Azeri. İvan Mirzəyev, English. Ivan Mirzoev, born Tiflis, Russian Empire - died in 1885, Tiflis) - large Baku oil producer of Armenian origin. The first oil industrialist in the Caucasus and one of the founders of the Baku oil industry. He was the first to establish two kerosene factories in Surakhany in 1868 and received 160 thousand poods of kerosene worth 260 thousand rubles. He also became the first exporter of kerosene. After his death, his wife and children founded the company Mirzoev Brothers and Co.

He cut the first oil well in Baku in 1871. The first person to extract oil in Baku.
