The hazy blue changing robes are designed to be oversized by default. They're not tailor-fitted fitted and you should expect them to be larger than expected, to aid in changing. If you want to use the changing robe as a general jacket/coat, we recommend sizing down.
For example: A 6ft 3" 200lbs Male can wear a medium & so can a 5ft 2" 154bs Female & both look equally fitting and oversized as they should. Most people will take Medium.
