This is an amazing dress - I believe it was custom made - no tags of any kind or sign that there was one.
It's Gray and black with skull image in bodice line work and hidden in the tulle over skirt
Spikes around neck and short over skirt
Black tulle under gray patterned tulle - skirt lining under all of it.
Zipper up back
Two glitter epaulets like wings on the shoulders.
May have been designed as a dance costume or a pageant dress for Halloween.
