This is an original NOS (new old stock) 1960 to 1970 GM Radiator Cap with flat rivet.  Does not come with an original AC RC27 box.  Part number 861050, RC15, Manufacturer part RC27, 15LB.  It will fit Chevrolet, numerous GM vehicles including Oldsmobile, Camaros, Corvettes and Firebirds.   Please look at the pictures closely, check part numbers, do your homework and ask questions before purchasing.
