We try and describe the main features of the stamps and try to list the defects as we see them but we may miss some defects. We understand that our grading or description may not meet the quality that you want for your collection. Therefore, we do offer a refund of the purchase price should you feel the Stamp is not as described.

I apologize that I did not send your purchase with commemorative postage stamps.  I know my customers like receiving their purchases with stamps, but eBay now requires sellers to upload tracking information on sales.  I do not like this requirement since I now have to start paying for postage, whereas before I was able to use my mint stamps for mailing your purchase.

Due to camera quality, picture software, eBay, and/or your monitor there may be some color variations in the item that you are looking at.

We will try and ship within 48 hours of receipt of collected payment.  

We have been in the coin and stamp dealer business for over 85 years and an eBay seller since 1998, so bid with confidence.

Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback or open on eBay case. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know we WILL make things right.   

Refund or Return Policy: If the Stamp is not as described or if you are not satisfied with the condition, please contact us for a refund. We will refund the purchase price to you once you return the coin to us in the same condition as we had it listed.
