All of our pre-owned plush stuffed animals/figures are sold in USED condition - which may include minor defects. Major defects will be noted above. Please see all photos for details. Items are not sold as pristine or mint condition (although some will be very close to that). The photos will help you get a very good idea of the condition. 

Unless otherwise noted, only the items you see in the photos is what you will receive. No additional accessories are included. No original packaging is included. (The rock and 3 tiered white shelf you may see in the photos are props that we use in many of our listings and are not included in the sale.)

If you have any issues with your purchase, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We are more than happy to offer an acceptable solution for you. As a small seller, positive feedback is super important to enable us to continue what we do. We repond to all messages usually within 12 hours and work very hard to offer unique items at reasonable costs. PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE OPENING CLAIMS OR LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Shipping is FREE! 

We use poly or padded mailers often to keep overall costs for the buyer low but we use boxes on items with tags if we cannot otherwise oprotect them in a poly mailer.  MOST ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME OR NEXT DAY. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ORDERS WILL BE PACKAGED ON THE WEEKEND AND SHIPPED MONDAY. Please note that although the package has been delivered to the post office, they may not scan the tracking number right away.
