Estate sale find.
Not a pen I have any previous experience with. The only marking I could find is on the nib which says “ Iridium Point W Germany M”.
The use of the name West Germany lasted from 1949 - 1990. But I have read that nibs with the Germany imprint may not actually be from Germany, so I have no real information on it. The logo on the clip looks like “A W”. I couldn’t find any pen that fits this logo. It is a mystery pen.
I think it is plastic. The gold on it has some losses (see photos). Rounded silver on both ends. Surface scratches.
Untested. Needs a refill. I ran a little water through and got the sample lines pictured.
There is a rattle coming from the barrel.
