Packaging Process:
Upon receiving your order, we will package your candy in a clear, heat seal bag or tamper-proof bag. We receive our candies in bulk cases from trusted candy distributors in our area. Our candies are offered to customers through our E-commerce business. Because of the volume of candy inventory our business requires to serve our customers, we have a high turn-over of candy inventory. We receive shipments of candy several days each week. We receive our candies in bulk, with deliveries arriving daily each week. We have a very high turnover of product, with most products being in our inventory only 1-2 weeks at the most. Therefore, you can always be certain you are receiving fresh and delicious candies.
Returns
In the event you receive a package of candy, and you need to return the candy to us; we are able to accept the return only if the heat seal bag and/or packaging has not been opened. We are unable to accept return of food items if the heat seal packaging has been opened. Upon receiving return of the candy in its original unopened packaging, we will process a refund for the purchase price only. The cost to return the candy to us is the responsibility of the customer. There are times when we receive requests to accept return of candy items because the customer does not enjoy the taste of the candy. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for candy which the customer does not prefer the taste of a particular candy. As we all know, each manufacturer of candy uses different ingredients to make their candies. For example, there are several manufacturers of gummi bears; each having different ingredients, textures, and tastes. Each of our product listings will indicate the manufacturer of the candy. We feel that it is the responsibility of the customer to determine which brand or manufacturer of candy they prefer, and to not hold Beulah's Candyland accountable for the taste of a particular candy. Although rare, there are times when candy is damaged in transit. We package our candies in approved shipping boxes, and include packaging materials to ensure your candy has a safe trip through the delivery system. In the rare event, you receive candy which has been damaged in transitwe will gladly extend a refund or credit for the damaged item(s).
