Used Washburn D12 S Acoustic Guitar 1996 Spruce Top Very Good Condition.   Needs new strings and good cleaning.  Nice Superior Padded soft case.

 If I were to keep it, I would use D'Addario EJ16 , light guage, but  that would be my choice.  Everyone is different when it comes to strings and the reason I didn't  change them, but if you want those strings,  I'll put them on.

I tried  to demonstrate, in the photos, all of the imperfections, even ones in the finish. Some so minor they wouldn't even show up.  It is missing the strap button on it bottom.

Action at the 12th fret is approximately 7/64, and there is a little relief included.

Everything looks a feels solid.

Sounds good even with the older strings.
