Authentic Kashmiri Burqa

This style has a niqab layer and a eye mesh layer which can be worn flipped back over the head or down to cover the eyes (see the photos). Intended to be worn with a hijab/scarf underneath to stop hair showing at sides of eye opening

Improved Fabric Quality

Made by tailors in downtown Srinagar, Kashmir. Not mass produced in a factory

May have very small tailor's pen marks which will wash out with a gentle wash

Instructions - How to wear:

Hold the burqa out in front of you with the ties, with the reverse of the niqab layer closest to you, and the small square furthest away. (The square lies against the hair and protects the burqa fabric from hair oils, etc.) The eye mesh layer will be in-between. Now, without changing the configuration, place the burqa against your nose and tie it behind your head. Flip the long layer back over your head.
