Vintage Lisner White and Gold-Tone Necklace Retro Costume Fashion Jewelry MCM

1950's-1960's  Mid-Century-Modern Lisner Vintage Necklace. This has a gold toned metal with the look of shell shaped pieces attached to the necklace. It's lovely and would be a great addition to anyone's collection.

It has a hook clasp for closure.

A Little Lisner History

Mandle Co. Joined Lisner as a full partner to build a retail, domestically produced jewelry line in Providence, Rhode Island.  Lisner did not own their own factory until the very end of their existence but depended on Providence's vast resources of jewelry manufacturing facilities to get the job done. 

The Lisner company was founded in 1904 rising from a family long in the import business. The jewelry Lisner was imported from Europe from the 1860's-1930's when imports became challenging, and the company moved to begin manufacturing their own. The Lisner mark was first used in 1938 and the company manufactured their own jewelry until the min 1980's. 

Collectors are now appreciating Lisner fashion jewelry for its mid-century-modern appealing and flattering lines.

My Store Information:

Because of the many Vintage and Used items in my eBay store, I do describe to the best of my knowledge what, where, when and height. length, and weight for each item. I also list the condition of the piece. Some items are not in perfect condition but for the Antique/Vintage age they are in good to excellent condition.

I spend hours researching items and buying quality vintage items to pass on to my customers. Some are hard for me to part with, but I enjoy spreading the joy after all someone enjoyed it way before I did. I will list in the description any visual problems with the item. I price my items fairly and if you see something at a lower price it may be because of the quality or the price I had to pay. I also try to ship at the lowest rate I can find to pass the savings on to you.
