Handmade ballpoint custom pen with Bolt Action mechanism.

This Bolt Action Rifle pen is a unique gift for the hunter, sportsman or anyone who enjoys the shooting sports!  Made to resemble a .30 caliber rifle cartridge and with an antique-finish brass with a body that is turned on a lathe from a piece of solid walnut, just as found in many rifle and shotgun stocks.  The action is that of a bolt action rifle and is very solid.  The tip is the "bullet" and it uses a Parker-style refill.  As with every piece sold in the Crane River Woodwright shop, this is handmade by myself right here in the heart of Nebraska.  Absolutely no "resell" items here!

The real unique feature of this pen is the body.  Hand turned from a piece of solid walnut.   The body is finely sanded and finished with a hard-clear finish for years of service without showing wear.  This is a large pen, measuring 5 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide and has a very solid feel to it.

Included is a presentation box and velvet pouch as shown in the pictures.
