For auction is a size "L" new with tags pair of EILEEN FISHER PINE WIDE ANGLE PLEATED VELVET VISCOSE/SILK PANTS with a retail price of $288.00 as shown on the attached tag. The pants were purchased by me new from a Dillards store in Houston, Texas and they have been in a smoke free home since the purchase.  The material is 80% viscose and 20% silk.  They have two front side pockets and no belt loops or zippers. They have an elasticized waist which will stretch.  They are machine washable cold.   I do not use stock photos so all of the attached pictures are of the actual pants for sale.   

Approximate measurements (laying flat and not stretched)

The length across the waist is approximately 17 inches (will stretch)

The length across the hips is approximately 26 inches.

The rise is approximately 13 inches.

The inseam is approximately 31 inches.

The leg openings are approximately 12 inches.
