A "used" laptop or desktop implies there may be signs of wear and usage, but that it should be materially functional. Key functions are tested and found issues disclosed. However, we probably will not test every single port and feature. Normal wear and tear consistent with the age should be expected.
Battery life duration is never guaranteed or implied for any laptop purchase. Batteries are difficult to test for certain unless used on a day to day basis, which we do not have the resources to do.

Shipping Information
We ONLY ship to the address you have provided in Ebay's "Order Details". If this is not the correct address, we may request to cancel the order so that you can purchase again with the correct address. If the package is returned back to us due to a wrong address (buyer error) or item is not picked up, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
All orders totaling over $200 require an adult signature in order to release package.
We generally ship within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. We do have family and work obligations and sometimes cannot get to an order immediately. If you require an item urgently, please contact us for the price for Overnight shipping or consider purchasing locally from a retail store.
We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for most shipments at our discretion. Overnight/Next Day shipments are always shipped UPS (1 PM EST cutoff). We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if we cannot ship the item at a normal and reasonable price. For example: the item costs more to ship than the entire auction selling price.
International Shipping is only through Ebay's Global Shipping re-routing service. We ship domestically to Ebay's shipping center and Ebay will then relay the package to you internationally.
Once item is handed to the shipping carrier, we have no control over any sort of shipping delay. Please be aware of this when leaving feedback.
We do not offer local pickups at this time unless item listed as specifically for local pickup.
Return Information
We will accept returns up to 14 days after date of delivery. Buyer responsible for return shipping, insurance and proper packing. Items tested as working, missing parts, damaged on return, or due to buyer remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery date.
All returns must be approved before they should be sent back. Items sent back without communication will be considered abandoned and we will re-sell, recycle or keep the item.
