I would recommend measuring a garment you own to compare measurements 

appears to be in good wearable condition 

There are some holes to the tulle in the front waist area and a few to the back right waist area this will require some attention so please do not purchase unless you can do some light repairs as it is not perfect but still wearable and the fabric strong.
