The tool could be used for max. 2-inch dia.(50.8mm)

The dimensions of the wheels are: 19mm dia, 8mm thk., 6mm dia. hole.

Provided a set of 3 wheels (oblique profile to create a diamond pattern).

The tool was oil heat-treated against the rust.

INSTRUCTIONS

   - lubricate the wheels before and during the process

   - do not push hard on wheels, give time to the material to deform (use 5-7 steps)

   - the tool must be handled by HAND

   - do not use on the lathe, mill or drill machine  

   - the part must be stationary and the knurling tool to be rotated around the part.
