We urge you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.


Orders paid by credit card, can be shipped only to the address on record for that account. PayPal orders can be shipped only to the "verified" address on record.


If you would like your order shipped to an address, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and place an ?alternate shipping address? on record, so that we can verify this information. By stating that you only want an ?alternate shipping address? it will simply be a notation on your record and should not cause any change in your billing information. It is another fraud-prevention method that we use to be certain that we are dealing with the actual cardholder.



All shipments require an adult's signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from the carrier.


Deliveries to APOs and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service. Deliveries using the US Postal Service can be considerably delayed.

Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Those charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping charges. We must declare the amount that you paid on the international invoice included with the shipment. We cannot declare the watch as a gift/used/or at a lower value.

Authenticity

We only sell genuine brand authentic fine watches and we guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell. We are always happy to provide a written guarantee of authenticity.

Warranty

DeMesy warranties all watches for one full year from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or on the invoice and with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches. This warranty does not cover accessories, boxes, bands, batteries, or cracked or broken crystals. Custom work, alterations and/or repairs done without written acknowledgement by DeMesy Fine Watches, tampering by unauthorized technicians, damage from abuse or misuse, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing), or water damage due to improperly tightened crown, will render this warranty null and void.

Each piece of quality estate jewelry as well as contemporary fine jewelry pieces sold by Demesy Fine Watches & Jewelry is meticulously inspected and described as accurately as possible. Both pre-owned and new jewelry items come with our 30-day warranty against defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than DeMesy & Co., LTD. will void this warranty.

The warranty does not cover wholesale/dealer orders. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred. All warranty repairs must be sent to our Dallas, Texas office for repairs. Please contact us before sending your watch for warranty repairs

Returns

Refunds sent via bank wire transfer are subject to bank service fees. All payments must be made in US dollars and will be refunded in US dollars. We are not responsible for and will not compensate for any fluctuations in exchange/conversion rates upon refunding payments. All bank wire payments will be refunded, less shipping fees and less bank service fees.


The return privilege does not apply to special ordered items or items that have been customized at the customer's request. All custom or special orders are final. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please feel free to ask.


Orders that have been placed and processed via credit card or bank wire, but canceled prior to shipment will incur a 5% restocking fee.


Unfortunately, NIB (New In Box) or UNUSED watches are not eligible for our return policy. This is to insure that what you are receiving is 100% unworn in factory original condition. We want you to know that these items have not been sent out, worn and returned. When you see any item listed as unused or new, you can be confident the piece you are receiving is in factory mint condition.
