Up for Auction is this RARE VINTAGE TOP GRAIN SEAL TANNERS COUNCIL OF AMERICA MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEE  BRASS ADVERTISING TAG.Tag measures about 1 7/8" x 7/8" and is in excellent condition.
