Condition - Used - record is in Good condition with scratch and scuff marks.  Record has been play-tested - some noticeable background noise in some places.  Jacket is in Fair condition with ring wear, edge and corner wearing, scratch / scuff / crease marks, no seam splits, sticker attached to top right front corner.  Generic inner sleeve.  Please see photo's for condition.
