One (1) vintage brass belt buckle featuring an artistic rendering of the insignia of the state of Utah, commemorating the Golden Spike event of the transcontinental railroad, manufactured by Registered in 1978. Item measures 3 1/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches. This rare piece is in Very Good or better condition, with visible signs of light wear, well preserved for its age. Belt connectors on reverse are near-pristine; item is fully wearable on a belt. On the front is an oblong image of the mountain state's logo in raised design, with titles in stylized lettering, all on a brassy metal surface. On reverse is the maker's mark and year of production, engraved.

See accompanying photos for detail. This hard-to-find belt buckle would make a great gift for the buckle collector on your special list or a fine way to complete your own collection of quality display pieces.
