We're a genuine seller offering quality items. Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment to you. An insurance value of upto $50 is included in the shipping price. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS. We will however be happy to provide all the necessary information for the buyer to file a claim. Be aware that there may be a minimal difference between the hues you see here and the item you receive. This is due to many light variables including equipment used to take the photos for this listing, monitor color settings, the reflection of the sterling silver, and the settings on the viewing monitor or device.

Shipping

We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS First Class Mail. Your order will ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday except holidays. Fifty dollars in insurance is included on all orders.

Returns Policy

With each purchase we allow for a provisional 30 day inspection period with all tags and materials attached. If for any reason you do not want to keep an item that you have purchased, simply return the item in original condition with all tags and materials attached within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded the purchase price. Return shipping not included.

We are extremely reasonable, but the inspection offer is provisional--exclusively at our option. This is a service that most companies would only offer to established account customers. Each of our pieces is unique and individually photographed. If we feel that the returned piece is in any way damaged, or different than the piece that we originally sent, we will return the item to you and no refund will be offered or made.
