This sculpture looks like it could be attributed to Ugo Cipriani, Italian sculptor born in Florence, Italy on August 13, 1887 and died in Paris on June 18, 1960.

He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. His work is in the spirit of the 1920s Art Deco movement.

In 1935 he emigrated to France to escape the fascist regime of Mussolini. He lived in Paris as a political refugee until his death in 1960. Very prolific sculptor in France.
