This is a particularly fine example and a veritable feast for the eye.

Would look superb positioned within a large bay window as the desk

is ornate all the way round so can be presented in the middle of a room

so that the entirety of its design can be appreciated.

Would also look very fine presented in the reception lobby of a large hotel.

The leather top is also in good condition, with a couple of marks knocks

present showing some historic use. Surrounding the leather is a wide band

of heavy acrylic in the design of brass scroll work between which is a deep 

red Tortoiseshell effect.
