Silver coloured Cake server tongs
Very good used condition
From the late 70's early 80's
Perfect for Afternoon or Morning tea, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, High Teas, Catering event or serving cake, sandwiches and treats
Some slight tarnishing.
No markings or distinguishing features, 
I can only assume they are 'silver plated' but please note I am not 100% sure and I'm definitely no expert.
