HUGE VINTAGE CAMEO BROOCH in SILVER & MARCASITE MOUNT of a HABILLE LADY With Box

Exceptionally fine vintage habille cameo brooch, dating from the mid 20th century.

It comes in the original velvet box you see in the photos.

The cameo features a fine lady in her jewellery.
 

It  has been skillfully carved by a master craftsman.

It sits in it's original marked silver ornate mount, which is multi set with hand cut marcasites, aka black diamonds. 
 

The brooch measures 2.2 x 1.5 ins.

Total weight is 16.7 gms.

Good hook and pin with rollover safety hook.

The brooch is fitted with a safety chain.

Good vintage condition including perfect shell cameo. 

It would make the finest addition to any collection.
