All our parcels require a signature upon delivery unless you have selected untracked postage at your own risk.

We thoroughly check our items for any faults or blemishes and pride ourselves on only selling quality items.  We will clearly state and photograph any defects that we've spotted.  In the unlikely event that we miss a fault simply return the item to us within 30 days in its original condition and we will give a full refund.  The buyer must pay postage costs for buyer remorse returns.
